Induction Categories:

Emerging Entrepreneurs – SMEs and Startups are recognized for their innovative practices, and contribution to the economy.

Laureates – for their extensive contribution to the economy, the country’s communities and philanthropy.

Special Awards – are awarded to special persons inducted as Laureates for outstanding actions in their communities.

After induction, the inductees are expected to join the forces of existing mentors to support other entrepreneurs to grow and scale.

The NBHF Mentorship program had highlights with Laureate Quinton van Rooyen traveling the country to share with people his experiences.

Many learned from his experiences. Many other examples like Laureate David Namalenga of Dinapama, took entrepreneurs under his wing and coached them to successfully scale their companies.

Annually every year we celebrate entrepreneurs by inducting them to the Namibian Business Hall of Fame (NBHF). We believe that telling their stories it will inspire others to become self-sufficient and sustainable in their entrepreneurial endeavors; growing the ecosystem.
